Comments: My bike arrived in New Zealand on 12th October 2004. Unfortunately, it was not imported correctly (paperwork) and technically does not exist according to the NZ Land Transport Safety Authority (LTSA) in NZ and therefore can not legally be ridden on NZ roads. I have been battling with the LTSA since November 2004 but even though the X passes all safety requirements and is physically in my garage, it still does not "officially" exist on paper. My X gets ridden often on my BMW K1100 plates and will continue to do so as long as the "powers to be" have their heads stuck up their ass. Oh, by the way, the V Rod and the Bonneville that I imported from USA aren't really sitting in my garage either. They too are a figment of my imagination. Will update X registry with a photo soon. If anyone is ever over this way, feel free to look me up.
